Edit books in the EPUB format, both ePub 2 and ePub 3, on Linux, macOS and Windows. It suits anyone who wants to fix, restructure or prepare an ebook file by hand.
Sigil is built with Qt6 and QtWebEngine, and it embeds Python so that plugins can extend it. A plugin index is hosted by MobileRead, and a user guide is available online. Questions and feature requests go to the support forum rather than the issue tracker. On Linux you can also get it from Flathub.
