Transcribe and translate audio offline on your own computer. Buzz is powered by OpenAI's Whisper, so you do not need an online service for the job.
It runs on Windows, Linux and macOS; on Mac it requires Apple silicon, with 1.4.5 the last version for Intel Macs. Linux users can install a Flatpak, Snap or AppImage, and it is also available from PyPI. With an Nvidia GPU you can add CUDA acceleration from the Help menu in version 1.4.6 or later.
