About
Open WebUI Desktop lets you chat with AI models from a native app on macOS, Windows or Linux. You can run models on your own computer or connect to an Open WebUI server, and switch between several connections from the sidebar.
The app starts Open WebUI for you, so there is no Docker or terminal step. An optional built-in llama.cpp engine downloads and runs models offline. A global shortcut opens a floating chat bar, and push-to-talk turns speech into text. It is still in early alpha.
