Gaphor helps you draw and organise models of a system using UML and SysML. You can sketch a quick diagram to explain an idea, or build a complete, detailed model with many connected views.
It follows a full UML 2 data model, so diagrams are real models and not just pictures. Everything is done in the diagram, and you only need basic knowledge of the notations. The interface uses GTK, and you can also drive Gaphor from scripts and Jupyter notebooks, or extend it with plugins.
