About

Add AppImage files to your app menu with one click, or drag and drop them in from your file manager. Gear Lever keeps them in a custom folder and can open new AppImages directly, so they behave like installed apps.

You decide how updates work: keep older versions installed or replace them with the latest release. Command-line apps are saved under their executable name. Since version 3.0.0 a CLI uses the same logic as the interface and can print list output as JSON. It is available on Flathub.

Highlights

  • Add AppImages to the menu in one click

  • Keep old versions or update to the latest

Who it's for
