About

Play games and use apps from another computer by streaming them to your screen. Moonlight is a PC client for NVIDIA GameStream and Sunshine, and it runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, with separate versions for Android and iOS.

It decodes video with hardware acceleration and supports H.264, HEVC and AV1, HDR streaming and 7.1 surround sound. Gamepads work with force feedback and motion controls for up to 16 players. You can capture the pointer for games or control the mouse directly for remote desktop use, and pass shortcuts like Alt+Tab to the host.

Highlights

  • Hardware-accelerated H.264, HEVC and AV1 decoding
  • HDR and 7.1 surround sound streaming
  • Gamepads with force feedback for up to 16 players

Who it's for
