About
QOwnNotes is a notepad for Linux, macOS and Windows where every note is a plain text Markdown file. You can write and search your notes, and manage a to-do list alongside them.
It works with Nextcloud Notes and ownCloud Notes, and the files can also be synced with tools like Syncthing or Dropbox, so you can read them on your phone too. Written in C++ with Qt, it aims for low resource use rather than relying on Electron. A browser extension for Firefox and Chrome is also available.
