Organise your notes and knowledge as a connected graph, working with Markdown or Org-mode files. Logseq is a privacy-first platform for knowledge management, with a plugin API for extending it. Builds are available for desktop, with Android through F-Droid.
The newer Database version stores graphs in SQLite and adds real-time sync between devices, plus a new iOS mobile app in alpha. It is still in beta, and the project warns that data loss is possible, so keep regular backups and try it first on a test graph.
