About

WiVRn streams a virtual reality game from your Linux computer to a standalone headset over your wireless network. You play PC VR titles while the headset stays untethered. It works with Quest 1, 2, 3, 3s and Pro, Pico Neo 3 and Pico 4, and Samsung Galaxy XR.

You run the server and dashboard on the PC, then follow a wizard to install the client on the headset. Both must be on the same version. For Steam games you add a compatibility library such as xrizer or OpenComposite; the Flatpak includes both.

Highlights

  • Wireless streaming from Linux to the headset
  • Works with Quest, Pico and Galaxy XR
  • Guided client install from the PC dashboard
