CherryTree is a note-taking app that arranges notes in a tree, with nodes and sub-nodes. Notes support rich text, images, tables, embedded files, links and math equations, and code can be highlighted for several programming languages.
Your notes live in a single XML or SQLite file, or in several files and folders. You can check spelling, print or save to PDF, and export to HTML or plain text. On Linux it is available through Flathub.
