About

Keep an eye on your AI coding usage without opening a dashboard. CodexBar shows session, weekly and monthly limits for each provider, with countdowns to the next reset, so you can decide when to start a long task.

It lives in the macOS menu bar with no Dock icon, with one item per provider or a merged icon. It also shows credits, spending and provider status. It reuses your existing sign-ins, such as OAuth, API keys or browser cookies, so it stores no passwords. A Linux desktop app is available too.

Highlights

  • Shows session, weekly and monthly limits with reset timers
  • Tracks credits, spend and provider status
  • Reuses existing sign-ins, stores no passwords
