Thoughts, also known as SimpleMindMap, lets you build mind maps and other diagrams such as logic charts, org charts, timelines and fishbone diagrams. Nodes can hold text, images, links, notes, tags and math formulas, and you can import from XMind, FreeMind or Markdown and export to PNG, SVG, PDF and more.
The repository contains the open source JavaScript library and a web app built on it, which you can self-host. The desktop client for Windows, macOS and Linux, which works offline and stores data locally, is closed source and developed separately. The library is now in low-maintenance mode.
