Write notes by hand with a stylus or pen tablet, or mark up a PDF directly. You can highlight, underline or strike through PDF text, draw shapes, add typed text and images, and insert LaTeX if you have it installed.
Pages can have paper backgrounds for notes, scratch paper or whiteboarding, and the toolbar can be customized. Stylus buttons can be mapped to different tools. Export to SVG, PNG or PDF from the interface or the command line. It runs on Linux, macOS and Windows.
