Open any file and read its raw bytes in a hex view, then patch values, undo and redo as often as you need, and search for strings or hex sequences. You can copy a selection as a byte list, a hex string or an array for languages such as C, Rust, Python or JavaScript.
ImHex also has its own C++-like pattern language that describes a file's structure, with structs, enums, bitfields and both endiannesses, and colors the bytes to match. Patterns can load automatically based on MIME type or magic values.
